Acceptable Page Formats (fax)

We accept the document formats listed below for fax broadcasts:

  • Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
    Note: If submitting in a PDF format, please ensure that any NON True Type fonts are embedded into the document. This will ensure that no font substitution occurs.


  • Plain text (TXT)


  • Fax format Tiff (TIF)


  • Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX)
    Note: Mac users should save their Word document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast


  • Microsoft Excel (XLS/XLSX)
    Note: Mac users should save their document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast
