If you have a query regarding the information in a message that you received from a WEL client, then you should contact that client directly. OTHERS' PRIVACY Statement of Privacy WEL transmits messages on behalf of our clients. Where a list of recipients is provided by a client, the client is required to affirm compliance with the applicable personal privacy legislation. In the case of a media broadcast using WEL's lists, WEL has obtained these contacts through means which comply with applicable privacy legislation. WEL and its associated data contractors, list providers and global carriers support the protection of consumers' privacy rights as a fundamental element of WEL's business. Reduction of Market Irritation WEL and its data contractors and list providers will on receipt of a valid request remove the contact details of the requestor from WEL lists. This process may take up to 30 days to complete. If you change your name, address or contact details change, then you will need to advise us of these changes in order to maintain the removal correctly. WEL has systems in place to ensure each recipient has been clearly advised of the opportunity to OPT-OUT from receiving any further information from the sender. WEL strives to ensure that all persons not wanting to receive information from particular companies, or altogether, are flagged as quickly as possible for no further distribution of information. Compliance WEL, its contractors, list providers and carriers operate within industry guidelines and adopt best procedures, policies and privacy legislation in every country where WEL has a presence. By registering as a WEL customer and using the WEL services, you agree to operate within the WEL Privacy Policy.
